I’m in my final stages of an Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
My focus is on mindfulness and as I get ready to write my proposal for my thesis, this focus is becoming a larger and larger part of who I am.
As I work through this subject and begin to get clarity on how mindfulness will be a part of my life, I thought I’d add some of my work on the subject to this site.
